About the role:
Support workers required to support our participants with disabilities in their day to day life, whether it be community access, personal care, or even just assisting them at home with everyday household chores.

What we require
- Previous experience within the disability sector is preferable.
- The demonstration of experience and/or willingness to work with people who have complex support needs.
- A team player who is motivated and passionate, with the ability to be flexible
- Someone who can assist in providing choice and control to all participants.

However, there are few boxes you need to tick:

- NDIS Screening Check or willing to obtain - essential
- Current Driver’s License - essential
- Reliable Vehicle - essential
- Experience in mental health support work is preferred
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support (preferred, but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain
