We are looking for an Insurance Underwriter to join a specialised underwriting agency and manage a panel of Insurance brokers. Our client has a fantastic reputation in the market and offers a supportive environment to progress your career.

**What will you be doing?**
- Management and servicing of a portfolio of brokers and their construction clients
- Determine premiums and policy terms and conditions based on risk assessment
- Collaborate with brokers and agents to ensure policies meet client needs and provide adequate coverage
- Contribution to business retention activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in underwriting practice
- Contribute to fun and positive team culture

**What do you need?**
- 2-5 years experience in underwriting or broking experience within construction or property.
- Demonstrated relationship management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- A hunger and drive to succeed and develop your career
