**Position Summary**:
The Compounding Technician is responsible for weighing and manufacturing batches according to formula recipes and the operating procedures of manufacturing equipment.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Accurately weigh ingredients following specific formulas and operating procedures to produce product batches as directed.
- Learn and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as part of daily work.
- Document all work performed according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Use and maintain equipment by adjusting controls responsibly.
- Clean and sanitise all necessary manufacturing equipment as required.
- Disassemble and reassemble manufacturing equipment as required.
- Conduct compounding tests and record results as required. Examples of tests include pH, temperature, particle analysis, etc.
- Report discrepancies to the Compounding Supervisor promptly.
- Follow batch records and processing methods with an RS Smart or similar device.
- Comply with company-mandated health, safety and quality procedures, including wearing company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where necessary
- Collaborate with other departments as required to ensure business goals are achieved.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

This position is a full time 38 hours week, on a casual basis; Tuesdays to Fridays, with Mondays off.

The pay ranges between $31 to 36 depending on experience.
