**Employment Basis**
Casual hours with around 15 hours per week by negotiation
Period of employment to be from approximately mid-July to late September 2023
The role has flexible working hours with the option to work from home some of the time.
You’ll be required to attend some events to capture video footage.

**About the Role**
In collaboration with the Marketing Associate and Marketing Manager, you will help:

- Brainstorm and ideate content ideas for Hayes’ owned channels (with a focus on social) for marketing of productions
- Brainstorm and ideate content ideas for Hayes’ owned channels (with a focus on social) for marketing of our 2024 season launch
- Script, film and edit video collateral for marketing of productions
- Script, film and edit video collateral for marketing of our 2024 season launch
- Help consolidate marketing asset feedback from key Hayes’ stakeholders
- Help schedule and post content to Hayes’ social channels

**About You**:

- Must have Adobe Creative Suite experience specifically with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier Pro
- Must have experience in content creation across socials, websites and DL flyers, physical posters/marketing collateral
- Must have a love for the Arts and/or music theatre
- Bonus if you have experience as an independent producer or having been involved in independent productions
- Must be friendly, inclusive and fun-loving
- Must be a team-player with a desire to work collaboratively as well as a drive to take proactive action and work independently
