Come and join our team of motivated, committed, compassionate, and dedicated teachers and staff at St Anthony’s Primary school, Melton South. We are a large Catholic Primary school comprising 29 classes across Foundation to year 6.

We are seeking passionate, innovative, engaging and suitably qualified individual to cover a Physical Education Teacher paid partner leave replacement position. The position is either 4 days per week (Mon - Thurs) or Full time commencing from 15th July 2024 until 9th August 2024. Experienced and Graduate teachers are encouraged to apply.

**The successful applicant will**:

- be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school
- have a sound knowledge and understanding of current thinking and research into curriculum, pedagogy and the Victorian Curriculum
- possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- have knowledge of evidence based learning
- hold a current VIT registration or be in the process of obtaining this
- have an understanding of ‘data driven’ teaching
- be committed to working collaboratively as part of a team
- have an understanding of the AITSL standards and expectations of Professional Teachers
- be committed to Child Safety

**Applicants must**:

- understand and support the Catholic ethos and vision of the School, be familiar and comply with all requirements of Child Safety, policies and legal responsibilities concerning the safety, care and wellbeing of all students.
- have the right to work in Australia
