**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX publicly listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team with a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. It is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The current mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, working collaboratively towards a future production profile of up to half a million oz. of gold annually.

**Description**:
The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Environmental Advisor - Rehabilitation, to support our high performing operational team based at Duketon. Reporting to the Environmental Superintendent, you will undertake program co-ordination and environmental assessments to achieve the Life of Mine (LoM) rehabilitation plan, aims, objectives and close out criteria. This is a permanent full time role, working on an 8:6 FIFO roster (ex Perth).

About the Role

The incumbent is responsible for technical advice, planning and materials co-ordination to support the LoM rehabilitation program including:
Carrying out preparation and monitoring of rehabilitation work against design parameters;
Carrying out assessments of finalised rehabilitated area, assist with Land Function Analysis (LFA) monitoring and erosion assessments;
Completing Job Safety Analyses (JSA)where necessary to review work steps and associated hazards in order to put in place correct solutions to eliminate or minimise the risk;
Managing storage, inventory, supply/demand and logistics of native seed;
Supporting the Senior Environmental Advisor - Rehabilitation, to manage the mining contractor and rehabilitation contractor;
Monitoring and assessing environmental compliance of the mining operation; and
Assist the environmental compliance team, as required.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

A tertiary degree in an environmental discipline;
Demonstrated experience in a similar advisory role, within the mining sector;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, intermediate level user of Microsoft Office suite;
Knowledge of the WA environmental legislation and statutory requirements
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with mínimal supervision and in a team;
Ability to worth with local indigenous groups; and
Current C class manual drivers licence.
