We are seeking a **Social Worker **to work as a Rehabilitation Consultant in our growing Perth team. This role will work across a mixed caseload including injured persons and ex-defence personnel to assist their return to pre-injury roles or into new sustainable, meaningful employment.

The role is busy but incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:

- Conduct a range of case management services, including transitional counselling, across various customer portfolios;
- Conduct assessments including vocational and initial needs assessments;
- Support clients with job seeking sessions as well as training and developing of new skills to find employment independently;
- Interact and build relationships with employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients;
- Complete reports and file reviews within appropriate timeframes.

**About You**:

- **Social Worker with full AASW membership;**:

- Experience working with disadvantaged populations and/or disability employment services (highly regarded);
- Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation;
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
