**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Follow strict company and client procedures for safe work at heights.
- Ensure compliance with company and client regulations, including maintaining licenses and induction expiry dates.
- Interpret build drawings and seek design clarifications based on site survey findings.
- Receive, verify, and escalate any missing build materials.
- Installed and maintained various telecommunications technologies, including WCDMA/LTE/4G/5G/NBN.
- Install Radio Base Stations, Terminating Hybriflex Cables & Coaxial feeder cables/tails, earthing, cable trays, diplexers, and combiners.
- Upgrade or install DC Power rack systems, including rectifiers, batteries, and load testing.
- Commission and integrate RBS into the network.
- Conduct PIM, VSWR, sweep, and fibre testing.
- Communicate effectively with team members to support project progress within designated timeframes.
- Provide daily progress reports to managers, including build issues and potential variation works.
- Troubleshoot, replace defective equipment and monitor site performance.
- Install and commission microwave indoor and outdoor units.
- Conducted software installation, testing, and site commissioning.
- Perform call testing of sites and upload HOPs for site acceptance.
- Ensure all necessary safety equipment and tools are maintained, and issues are escalated for replacement.
- Demonstrate commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) through participation in established working practices.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and perform necessary safety assessments as required.
- Immediately report any injuries, incidents, or near misses to the Line Manager and OHS Coordinator.
- Ability to compile red line markups (RLMs) and seek overtime approval in advance from the Line Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum Diploma in Telecommunications or Engineering Science, Electronics, or Microprocessors.
- CCNA certified/IP network background knowledge (desirable).
- Construction White Card.
- Working At Heights Certificate.
- Tower Rescue certification.
- First Aid and CPR Licence.
- Radhaz RF EME Awareness.
- C Class Driver's Licence (Manual).
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
- Equipment programming experience.
- Experience reading and interpreting design drawings.
- Proficiency in computer and software installation.
- Sound understanding of WHS requirements and responsibilities, including risk assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure individually and as part of a team to meet customer deadlines.
