Your Impact

As an Educator at Goodstart East Perth, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

You’ll help achieve this by

Engaging and supervising the children at all times
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

We are a 70-place centre
Located in a convenient spot, a short walk or free bus ride to the city centre, the river and playgrounds

We develop colourful and engaging programs accounting for each child’s individual interests, needs and strengths
