About the Company

Based in Macquarie Park, our client is looking for a high energy CRM Technical Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. From humble beginnings, the business has grown into one of the nation's most respected organisations, employing over 4000 employees across 40+ sites. The company is on an exciting growth trajectory and have experienced double digit growth in the past five years. The culture is person-centred and enabling. About the Role/Duties

Skills & Experience

Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key experience/capabilities:
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM support and configuration/customisation;
You will show enthusiasm for doing great work and be passionate about learning and continuing to grow your skills in the Dynamics CRM space;
Provide experience in Power Platform;
You will have proven experience partnering with vendors and have strong problem diagnosis skills;
Personality wise, you will be articulate, positive, hungry, optimistic and friendly. You will be patient with end users and operations staff who are non-technical;
You will demonstrate high levels of initiative and a natural sense of urgency to deliver outstanding customer service; and

Above all else, you will be fun, humble and respectful.
