Our client has longevity and stability in the market, with a reputation built on repeat business and referrals from some of the top real estate and property agencies in Western Australia. Our client is seeking a Conveyancer that is ready to make this role their own and take it to the next level.

**The Position, but not limited to**
- Preparation of all documentation for settlement
- Develop new and existing client relationships
- Have your own portfolio to step into straight away
- Providing quotes to new clients
- Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks, agents involved in the settlement process

**The Criteria**
- **Must have conveyancing experience**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional computer skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
