**About The Role**

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Human Resources Manager** to join our team, based on-site in Cheltenham VIC. Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources of the Pacific & North East Asia region, you will operate within a fast-paced environment servicing a complex matrix structured organisation across our Door business in Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Providing HR advice and partnership with the senior leadership, and a team of approximately 350 employees, located across Australia and New Zealand
- Leading organisational effectiveness, design, employee engagement, change management, culture development, talent acquisition, performance and team effectiveness to build a high-performance culture
- Devise and implement change management initiatives and programs which focus on people management and cultural change.
- Proactively engage with and advise managers and key stakeholders on solutions which meet the current and future people management needs.
- Providing appropriate support, advice and coaching to Line Managers in managing employee relations and people management matters ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policy.
- Develop actionable plans to bridge gaps between current and required workforce needs and develop staffing plans to meet the needs for the future growth of the business.

**About You**

We are looking for an exceptional leader who has experience in a manufacturing environment. You will possess the ability to work hands on, act decisively and deliver consistently.

Key competencies and requirements include:

- 5+ years’ experience and successful performance in a previous Human Resource Manager or similar role
- Demonstrated experience in the full spectrum of Human Resources functions preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong IR/ER background with a demonstrated history of solving complex employment issues
- Fully conversant with employment law in Australia and New Zealand
- Adaptable and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Strategic mindset with demonstrated experience in forecasting and planning
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with Senior Leaders.
