The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) is an independent statutory authority which regulates Victoria's gambling industry. The organisation licenses, informs and educates, monitors, and enforces the gambling industry through a risk-based approach to regulation. The opportunity
The Salesforce Functional Analyst will help develop and support VGCCC's Salesforce implementation, resolving customer production issues and enhancing the VGCCC's Salesforce products with specific Salesforce functionality. This role will work with users of relevant Salesforce business & technology area functions to understand their issues and requirements, design solutions and projects based on Salesforce knowledge and personal experience, write Salesforce functional design documents, development specifications and/or user stories for all developments, configure, test and support the handover of Salesforce functionality to the users.
