**The Role**
The Assistant Secretary Corporate and Logistics Delivery Branch is seeking an energetic self-starter, with the ability to multi-task.
The Business Manager is responsible for management and support to the office of the Associate Secretary exercising both initiative and judgement in the management of Branch functions. They will have exceptional communication and organisational skills and strong attention to detail in order to deliver highly complex business outcomes including financial management, human resource management, complex reporting, governance and administrative activities.
The Business Manager will exercise a considerable degree of independence and accountability to undertake complex procedural, operational, administrative and business management work within an integrated workforce. They will exercise sound decision making and judgement to provide expert policy advice.
The Business Manager is responsible for actively managing key stakeholder relationships and identifying relevant stakeholders’ expectations and concerns to develop and communicate methodologies and practices to achieve outcomes. They will be accountable to contribute towards ongoing self-improvement and the professional development of the Branch.
**About our Team**
ICT Delivery Division (ICTDD) is the Division within the Chief Information Officer Group delivering modern, secure, sustainable and scalable information environment for Defence. The Division enables current and future military and business operations through program and project management.
Corporate & Logistics Delivery Branch (CLDB), within ICT Delivery Division, delivers funded ICT programs for Defence Logistics, Human Resources, Education and Corporate ICT upgrade solutions.
