**About the role**

Scrum Master is a highly specialised role responsible for mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes and facilitate meetings and decision-making processes.

**Responsibilities**
- 5 years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions and run Agile teams.
- Certified Scrum Master, SAFe preferred.
- Strong understanding of SDLC.
- AWS or Azure Cloud Certifications experience is desirable.
- Project Management experience is nice to have.
