**About the role**

Our client is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Specialist with a proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms, creating effective marketing campaigns, and driving online sales. As the E-commerce Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day online sales and executing loyalty and online promotions in line with the marketing calendar. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for e-commerce.

**Key Responsibilities for the role**

In this role, you will:

- Oversee and manage our clients' e-commerce platform, coordinating stock management, and liaising with customers and suppliers.
- Drive brand awareness and website development through the e-commerce platform, using your creative skills to support sales department projects.
- Monitor website traffic and user behaviour, making data-driven decisions to increase site performance, conversion, revenue, and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, and implement strategies to keep our clients competitive.

**Skills & experience**

You should have:

- At least 3 years of demonstrated e-commerce experience in a retail, wholesale, or FMCG environment.
- Advanced creative skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat, and proficiency with MS Office.
- A strong understanding of website and Google Analytics, as well as experience managing various social media platforms.
- Experience in Shopify or Big Commerce (highly advantageous), as well as knowledge of data feeds, API, and online marketplaces.
- The ability to work independently and juggle priorities.
- A track record of delivering a seamless online user experience and driving improvements in site performance, conversion, revenue, cart abandonment, and loyalty.
