Cafe Assistant

Plentiful General Store and Cafe are looking for a mature and responsible Cafe assistant with 1-2 years experience in a hospitality customer service role.

You will ultimately have a bubbly personality as you meet and greet our regular customers. Your Front of House skills will be similar to that of a typical busy cafe where you will support a small team consisting of a Barista and Chef. Although coffee making is not critical, it is desirable if you know your way around a coffee machine and grinder to assist in peak times.

Your duties include but not limited to:

- Taking orders at the counter
- Making milkshakes and smoothies
- Taking out food and coffee to customers
- Clearing tables
- Cleaning and general wash up in kitchen
- Replenish and top up stock

The hours of this role may be suitable to someone that lives locally to Plenty and can work between school pickup/drop off. Other applicants may be looking to further advance their Hospitality skills and learn the business side of running a Café.

Days and approx hours required:
Wed, 9:00am - 1:00pm

Thurs, 9:00am - 1:00pm

Fri, 9:00am - 1:00pm

**Salary**: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
