**The Role**
An exciting opportunity now exists for a proactive legal secretary to join the firm’s highly regarded general liability team. Supporting at Partner level, you will have the opportunity to take a hands-on approach with matters including product liability, property damage and some personal injury claims. This is a busy team where no two days will be the same - variety of matters and clients will keep you busy with duties including:
- Collating court documents and preparing matters for Hearing
- Client reporting
- Timesheet entry and client billing
- File and diary management including coordinating travel bookings
- General administrative duties
**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a legal secretary in another insurance and/or litigation practice
- Previous experience with client billing and reporting
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow
