You will provide leadership and clinical support to the team ensuring best practice, as well as managing resource requirements to effectively deliver exceptional services to people living with injuries, serious and complex disabilities through various funding schemes including NDIS.

**Community Assist was established as an NDIS specific provider to support the people of Australia with disability to live independently in the community. Since its inception, Community Assist has grown to providing quality services to over 600 clients from 6 office locations across South Australia and Queensland.**

**To be successful in this role**:
