**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal use of clinician’s time
- Coordinate and optimise patient flow

2. **Financial**:

- Monitor and manage financial transactions
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, working closely with the owners to record progress
- Implement strategies to improve practice profitability

3. **Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, supervise support staff
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment to encourage teamwork
- Conduct regular team huddles and meetings for effective communication

4. **Patient relations**:

- Ensure exceptional patient experience through excellent customer service
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty

5. **Compliance and regulation**:

- Stay informed about industry regulations
- Maintain and update systems, policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Practice coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of dental practice operations (accounts and insurance processes)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with dental software and technology (Dental 4 Windows)

**Education and Certification**:

- Relevant certification in dental office coordination/management preferred

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
