As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven IT Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on business development to join our team in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for technology, an ability for identifying and attracting top talent, and a proven track record in driving new business opportunities.

Our Information & Communication Technology (ICT) recruitment team is looking for 2 x ICT Recruitment Consultant. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary and quarterly commission structure. We're based in Burswood, close to free parking and public transport.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications.
- Utilize various recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific forums, to identify and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong network of ICT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Actively engage in business development activities, including lead generation, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to ensure a deep understanding of the ICT landscape.

In terms of your background, you'll ideally have some experience in a previous recruitment, staffing or HR role. Knowledge of the ICT industry, including trends, technologies, and skill sets (would be advantageous). You'll also ideally have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize your work. You'll also be comfortable speaking to a variety of people over the phone.
