As a Bra Fitting Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert in bra products and fit. From diagnosing fit issues to building personalized bra wardrobes, you'll deliver emotionally engaging customer experiences that drive total bra sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive bra sales and growth by providing personalized fitting experiences to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers, read their cues, and respond effectively to their needs.
- Share expert-level product and fit knowledge to diagnose fit issues and curate bra wardrobes that enhance the customer's confidence.
- Take initiative in understanding the bra business and contribute suggestions to drive bra growth in the store.
- Assist in training new sales associates, serving as a supportive partner in their learning journey.
- Previous experience in bra fitting is preferred but not essential - we value a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations above all else.
- Demonstrate empathy, sensitivity, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals is advantageous.
