- Working with an Oil & Gas EPC- Australia Western Australia Perth- Contract- Oil & Gas- NES Fircroft are working alongside an Oil & Gas EPC seeking a Project Administrator to support their Project Controls team in Perth for a project in Scarborough Field.**Job Title**: Project Controls Administrator
- **Location**: West Perth
- **Hours / Roster**: Monday to Friday, 8 hour days
- **Experience**: SAP experience is a must, exposure to Projects within Mining or Oil & Gas essential.
- **Length of Contract**: 12 month contract
- **Start Date**: ASAP**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and co-ordinate preparation of risk register and deviations register both internally and with the client.
- Providing general project administration support including updating reports, register verifications, meeting minutes, checking invoices, data entry in SAP etc..
- Support Cost control, document control, planning, contracts administration as required.
- Support and co-ordinate the preparation of weekly & monthly reports both to the Client and internally
- Provide ad-hoc project controls related administration support to the Project.

**Professional Qualifications**:

- 1 to 5 years project administration and/or project Controls Experience.
- Degree in Management Engineering, Business Economic school, or similar degrees.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package & SAP
- Experience working in a project environment.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- High level of initiative, self-drive and enthusiasm to succeed and progress.
- Very good organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, manage expectations and coordinate priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communications (in English).
- Strategic thinking mindset.
- Attention to details; and flexibility.
