The University of Wollongong is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to join our team as the Manager, Student Retention. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming our efforts to enhance student retention and success. Working closely with students, faculty, and staff, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing barriers to student retention, developing effective strategies and programs for intervention and support, and implementing proactive initiatives that promote student engagement and persistence.
The Manager, Student Retention will collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to identify barriers to student retention, implement strategies for intervention and support, and design and execute retention programs. They will closely monitor student progress, providing proactive interventions to enhance retention rates while ensuring regular reporting for agile responses to student feedback and to comply with the Support for Students Policy.
