**YOUR ROLE**

We are looking for an outstanding **Agile Delivery Lead **to join our Master Data Management Platform team (MDM), as part of the Customer Data Domain team.

As part of your role, you will oversee the delivery of features for the Master Data Management data products, collaborating closely with the Product Manager to prioritise tasks and manage stakeholders.

This role is preferentially **Sydney** based and involves a hybrid work model.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are seeking a senior Agile Delivery Lead with exceptional collaboration skills, a talent for fostering innovation, and a solid dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction, along with the following experience:

- Advanced ability in building and inspiring high-performing self-organizing agile DevOps teams, with experience in complex environments where scaled agile frameworks were in use.
- Technical competence in Data is required; experience in Master Data Management will be highly regarded.
- Advanced ability to focus on quality while managing the business's appetite for timeliness and value.
- Advanced ability and techniques in facilitation, supporting integration and alignment with partner platforms and stakeholders.
- Advanced ability in storytelling and translating business/technical language, simplifying communication and promoting better understanding amongst cross-skilled initiatives.
- Proven experience with JIRA Software, Confluence, Miro and relevant facilitation tools
- Solid reporting, budget, risk & issue management experience
