**About the role**:
You will be part of a team of Operators that is highly safety focused and look after each other. ARC Unanderra is a full manufacturing facility in steel processing and distribution.

**Day shift hours **6am-2pm.

**Afternoon shift hours** 2pm-9.36pm.
- Your key duties:

- Operating overhead crane in loading and unloading reinforcing steel products
- Operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC, off-coil, cut and bend machines
- Championing safety procedures to the highest standard
- Involvement in process improvement initiatives

**About your experience**:
You are someone who values teamwork, safety, continuous improvement and has a strong desire to operate at a fast pace to ensure the team succeeds.
- Experienced operator or someone willing to learn
- Overhead crane experience
- Manufacturing or construction industry experience is ideal
- A continuous learning and can-do mindset
- Keen to join a collaborative and high-performing team
