**Role**: Short Course Education Manager
**Salary**: Level 9 position $130,350 - $138,314 plus 17% Superannuation
**Employment type**:Full time, 35hrs

**Location**:Canberra, Australian Capital Territory
The Short Course Education Manager is responsible for driving the short course strategy to achieve revenue targets - leveraging expertise from across the university to create new and bespoke learning opportunities that are directly aligned with the needs of the unique market in which we serve.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and extensive management experience in Institutional Management/support services/ development role, preferably within a Defence or Educational organisation.
- Evidence of success in establishing, cultivating and maintaining high level relationships, with the ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to establish sales strategies, drive new business and grant/tender writing.
- Demonstrated success in strategy, project management and leadership
