We're excited to be recruiting for two permanent **_Lead, Commercial Determinants of Health_** positions, located within our Policy, Strategy & Impact Group.
This position reports directly to the Manager, Commercial Determinants of Health and works in close partnership with other members of the Policy, Strategy & Impact Group and other units across VicHealth. The high performing Commercial Determinants of Health team work across a range of sectors including public health, sport, community and government to better understand and mitigate approaches used by harmful industries, such as marketing, that can result in poor health outcomes for Victorians.
These Lead positions will work on a variety of health promotion projects, and will have a specific focus on minimising the impact of harmful industries (particularly tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol and unhealthy food)
The ability to manage complex stakeholders, projects, and events, as well as use initiative, problem solve, and work collaboratively within a strong team environment will all be primary factors that we will be looking for.

**Qualifications and experience required**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Health Promotion/Public Health, Project Management or related field
- Extensive experience working in fields related to health promotion policy /practice or related field
- Impressive experience working in project management; with contract management experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with systems-based approaches in supporting the design of initiatives and activities preferred
- Experience in supervising/coaching team members preferable
- Preferred experience working within the public health, community or government sectors.
