**About the Role**:
In this role, you will provide leadership, mentoring and support across C&K to implement inclusive educational strategies and improve outcomes for all children.
- Support the development and implementation of C&K’s Inclusion Framework, encompassing proactive strategies and initiatives in relation to health, safety and wellbeing of children and educators at C&K.
- Provide strategic direction and support to assist children from priority groups to access early education and care services across Queensland.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing or new partnerships with community and service organisations for the benefit of increasing access and inclusion to early childhood services for children.
- Supports C&K’s advocacy, research and innovation strategies in relation to providing responsive evidence based inclusive educational programs for children and families from vulnerable backgrounds.
- Support C&K centres to meet compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, education standards, and C&K policies, procedures and operational standards in relation to inclusive education.
- Support the implementation of strategies to facilitate consistent quality early childhood education inclusion.

**What you’ll bring**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Education (desired).
- Experience developing and implementing innovative inclusion strategies for children in an education setting.
- Experience in developing and delivering learning content for educators to deliver an inclusive education style.
- An understanding or willingness to familiarize the National Quality Framework, and legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to early childhood education and care.
- Experience in successfully managing programs and projects.
- Experience in planning, supporting and delivering of new programs and key initiatives to improve business outcomes.
