**NUKIDS Early Learning** is a beautifully designed centre with a harmonious balance of natural and modern elements in the heart of Norwest/Bella Vista.

We have an exciting opportunity **1* **Diploma Qualified Room Leader for our Nursery room *to join our beautiful team.

Although we are a large service, our baby room **only consists of 8 children** and a team including a trainee, a diploma qualified educator and yourself but you will be in close contact with the toddler rooms.

**About the Role**

We have several opportunities available for passionate early childhood educators, involving the following duties:

- Implementation of a vibrant curriculum based on the children's current knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities, and interests
- Engaging with families and keeping them informed of children's progress
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to plan, evaluate and enhance learning outcomes for children
- Developing and using a range of informal, formal, diagnostic, formative and summative assessment strategies to assess children’s learning and maintain high quality pedagogical documentation
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure high levels of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in the centre

**About You**

You're passionate about early childhood education and making a positive impact in each child's life through meaningful relationships with children and their families. You also bring a positive and professional attitude to all team interactions, and help to foster a supportive and collaborative work culture.

You have:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education**:

- **Experience in the baby room is preferred**:

- Ability to work **Full-time** on a **rotating roster** with 1 RDO per month
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Current Employee NSW Working With Children Check
- Good knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Experience working in early childhood settings (_preferred but not essential_)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
