Our client is a global Pharmaceutical company that focuses on developing new and innovative medicines.

**About the opportunity**
The medical programs coordinator will be responsible for supporting various patient support programs, patient access programs (PAP), co-pay and patient support programs across multiple assets and products and drug supply channels

**Duties**
- The Medical Programs Co-ordinator will be responsible for delivering various access programs across multiple products
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Addressing any potential issues which arise with HCPs (Physicians or Pharmacists)
- Facilitating enquiries for access
- Managing logistics for drug deliveries
- Support for HCP’s and company staff on the use of multiple portals and processes
- Providing support for patient support programs as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree in either Pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain, Science or Nursing is required
- Preferred strong understanding of finance or drug supply chain systems
- Would suit a community pharmacist who has the patient journey perspective
