**Position Overview**:
As a **Casual Receptionist**, you will provide front desk support, assist customers, and handle various administrative tasks. Your role will be essential in creating a positive first impression and supporting the daily operations of our dealership. This is a **casual position** with flexible hours, ideal for someone with a professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth communication and customer flow.

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
