An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Evening Shop Manager to join our North Street Store team
- This role will only work Monday - Friday. No weekends required
- Full-time position, must be available to work between 12.30pm and 9.30pm.

North Street Store is your go-to neighbourhood corner store for delicious coffee and wholesome food that the entire family will adore. From the people that started the cinnamon scroll craze in Perth, we also serve our community their morning coffee, burgers, pies, salads, rolls, baked treats including our wide range of fresh breads. We're on a mission to shape a world where people eat better.

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Evening Shop Manager to join our group. Reporting to the General Manager of our store, you will be responsible for leading the team that staff the shop during our popular mid-week dinner service. This is a great opportunity to flex your managerial potential, so if you have a flare for customer service and looking to take the next step in your hospitality career, then this role is for you

**What you will be doing?**
- Closing the store after our mid-week dinner service (closes at 8pm)
- Completing the daily checks
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Leading and organising the shift, including supervising our junior dishwashers and front of house staff
- Liaising with the other section managers, such as our kitchen team, to get their product out into the customer's hands
- Ensuring and managing compliance with company and other policy

**Who are you?**
- A minimum 1 year working full-time in a Front of House or Supervisor role is required
- Experience as a hospitality manager or supervisor is highly desirable, although not required.
- Great customer service ability
- High level of maturity and professionalism
- Excellent organisational skills and a calm, cool head
- Good communication and personal presentation
- Strong leadership qualities and a desire to see you team succeed
- Passion for good food and drinks.
