As a Blue Collar Recruiter & HR Coordinator you will be involved in the entire Mobilisation process, including recruitment of blue collar, on-boarding, inductions and mobilising personnel to site. The position will require you to use initiative and sound reasoning and decision making skills in the recruitment/on boarding process.

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity with flexible hybrid work from home option and can be based out of our office in either Perth (Kewdale) or Brisbane (Eagle Farms).

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the direct recruitment of all blue collar positions for projects.- Liaise with Project Managers on requirements for personnel on the project.- Placing advertisements on SEEK and other social media sites, for required positions.- Conducting interviews.-
- Preparation of all documentation required in the on-boarding process.- Booking of medicals/induction/training.- Organising PPE, new starter packs etc.- Perform other duties within the organisation that may be necessary to suit operational requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Few years of mobilization/recruiting experience or site/project administration.- Attention to detail and excellent Microsoft Office skills.- Willingness to learn.- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).- Proven Administration experience.
