Mid-tier Canberra civil company, seeking a Foreman, immediate start offering $100-$140k + super & car

**Your new company**

A well-established civil construction company that takes immense pride in the work they deliver, focussing on road upgrades throughout the Nation's capital & regional NSW. With a secure pipeline of work they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Civil Supervisor / Foreman.

**Your new role**

Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the constructions activities of the site crew to ensure that they meet their safety and performance obligations. On a day-to-day capacity this will include:

- Supervising all staff onsite, including tool box talks;
- Creating weekly schedules & ensuring all tasks are met;
- Resource management of labour and machines;
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with the agreed specifications

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful for this role you will be able to manage & lead the successful delivery of civil projects along with;
- Significant experience across civil construction;
- Experience running crews of Labourers and Operators;
- Clear understanding of OHS & Environmental regulations; and
- Experience on road projects is preferred however all civil experience will be considered.

- Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm;
