HR Heavy Rigid Driver

- Casual (Potential for extension or go to Perm)
- $ 35.71 hourly rate + Super
- Full time hours (Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm)
- Work Location: Ivanhoe
- Start as early as April 2024

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- To perform tasks that are undertaken by the Cleansing Unit as required.
- To inspect, report, clean, and unblock pits and drains including operation of mechanical boring and flushing equipment.
- To operate and maintain drainage maintenance vehicles and equipment.
- To assist with the transfer of waste to disposal sites.
- To provide direction, on-the-job training, and advice on safe working practices to Cleansing staff as required.
- Conduct daily operator maintenance on trucks and mobile plants as required.
- To be available for any emergency works and possibly be available for the After-hours duty officer roster.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Experience in concreting and asphalting.
- Experience in operating a 1.7t excavator, heavy combination vehicles, front end loader/backhoes and forklifts, light hydraulic crane
- HR Driving Licence (with expiry date)
- Forklift Licence
