**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Exploring and expanding BMI Roofing and Waterproofing Product & Sales.
- Ensuring consistent and effective customer service within your designated Portfolio and beyond.
- Continuously enhancing expertise, service delivery, technical proficiency, efficiency, and authentic conduct to contribute value to BMI and its clients.
- Resolving on-site issues with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer journey.
- Generating quotes and tenders in alignment with the company's sales and pricing guidelines.
- Collaborating with the BMI's Team to uphold a superior level of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- **Experience with construction waterproofing type products is a essential.**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, architects and designers.
- Experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the Architecture & Design industry
- Valid driver’s license.
