**The Role**:
As a Trainee Scaffolder, you are equally crucial, as you ensure that the team remains productive by assisting wherever needed, all while absorbing vital knowledge for their progression. With time, trainees can progress to become advanced scaffolders, taking on more complex tasks and responsibilities.

**Duties May Include**:

- **Assisting in Erection and Dismantling**: One of the primary duties is helping with the setup and removal of scaffolding structures.
- **Safety Checks**: Under supervision, you’ll learn to conduct essential safety checks, ensuring that the erected scaffold is safe for use.
- **Handling Materials**: The job involves moving and managing heavy components, making physical fitness a must.
- **Maintenance**: Regular maintenance checks and repairs are crucial. As a trainee, you’ll learn how to spot issues and resolve them.
- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must have a Current Drivers Licence & own transport
- White Card required
- Analytical and technical mindset
- The ability to understand written and verbal instruction
