**Job Summary**:
GWN Consulting is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a graduate to our team This is a rare opportunity to kickstart your career in non-traditional accounting with a firm known for its expertise and commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare technical and scientific writing for R&D Tax and grant engagements precisely and clearly.
- Liaise directly with clients to gather required information and address queries promptly and professionally.
- Perform financial calculations and analysis to support accurate and thorough claims.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project alignment.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress, share updates, and align on goals.
- Draft formal documents, including engagement letters and project closeout letters.
- Accompany senior partners to client meetings, providing support and gaining valuable insights.
- Maintain accurate and organised CRM records to support effective client management.
- Contribute to achieving company KPIs through proactive involvement and high-quality work.
- Attend regular training sessions with external organisations to enhance skills and stay updated on industry standards.
- Report directly to senior partners.

**Required Skills**:

- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
- Strong comprehension abilities and excellent written English for drafting technical and professional content.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to approach challenges methodically and creatively.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating the initiative to start and complete tasks independently.
- Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of responsibilities and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Confidence in seeking clarification and asking questions to ensure understanding and accuracy.
- A commitment to continuous self-learning and professional development.

**Qualifications**:
While not essential, a qualification in a related field such as accounting, finance, or even an unrelated discipline like science or engineering is highly valued. Our work involves a technical focus based on scientific principles, delving into companies' specific projects, making such backgrounds particularly advantageous.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
