**In this role, you'll**:
Oversee the optimization of value and return for TAHE corporate real estate assets by providing strategic guidance on value creation activities and ensuring efficient management of asset functions. You will spearhead the operational management of diverse property assets within Rail sector. Your expertise will underpin best practice outcomes for TAHE.

Your ability to navigate complex negotiations and provide specialized advice on property management, leasing arrangements, and valuations will be crucial in fostering effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. By staying abreast of market trends and leveraging industry insights, you will provide senior management with informed recommendations to guide decision-making processes. Through your meticulous oversight of commercial arrangements and commitment to regulatory compliance, you will ensure optimal performance aligned with TAHE’s best interests, minimizing processing delays and opportunity costs.

Fixed-Term Full time opportunity until July 2025.

**About you**

You are an accomplished professional in real estate and property asset management within the Rail sector, possessing expertise in commercial procurement practices. With tertiary qualifications in Real Estate, Property, or a related discipline, coupled with extensive practical experience, you excel in optimizing value and return for corporate real estate assets.

Your adept management of diverse property portfolios ensures consistent service delivery aligned with business objectives. You drive forward-thinking approaches to commercial and precinct development, identify opportunities for value maximization, and provide strategic advice to stakeholders. Committed to regulatory compliance, you minimize processing delays and opportunity costs, making you a valuable contributor to our team's success in property asset management.
