The purpose of this role is to provide a broad range of Human Resources (HR) services and advice throughout the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to payroll, recruitment, onboarding, induction and exit processes, employee conditions and responsibilities, learning and performance development, to support the achievement of the Commission’s strategic and operational objectives.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

You will be paid an annual salary of $102,060 to $113,183, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation (currently 11.5%) and annual leave loading (currently 17.5%).

**Essential requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or professional experience in payroll, recruitment and other human resources functions.
- Demonstrated substantial experience in end-to-end payroll administration using an HRIS, including operational understanding of PAYG and superannuation legislative obligations, and use of AURION is advantageous.
- Demonstrated high level skills in organisation and prioritising in order to manage competing deadlines, as well as high level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of NSW public sector conditions of employment and relevant legislation and procedures is well regarded.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders including team members, senior leaders, managers and staff.
