Aristocrat is hiring female service technicians, for a training program with a pathway to a Field Service Technician role.

No experience as a Service Technician, you say? Not yet, we say.

All you need is eagerness to learn and a good attitude. We’ll handle the rest with our hands-on training program.

**The Program**

As part of our Women in Field Service initiative, you will complete a training program that will equip you with the skills you need for a long-lasting career with us as a service technician upon completion of your training.

You will gain first-hand experience into the role of a Field Service Technician, which includes:

- Servicing the machines
- Carrying out remedial and preventative maintenance
- Scheduled works such as installation and modification of gaming machines
- All of the above whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

**Our program offers you a rotation in the following**:
In the field with our experienced technicians
- Visiting venues
- Creating relationships with our customers
- Completing technical work on our gaming machines

In our Integration Centre based in Greystanes
- Work on our production line assembling our machines
- Get involved with the games and systems team
- Spend some time in our repair centre

**What We're Looking For**:
We understand that you may not have the technical experience and we are here to help you gain that. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and start learning.

You will have:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Great problem-solving skills
- Interest in the gaming industry
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Currently hold a valid driver’s licence
