**Eligibility**

**Division Responsibilities**

The Medicines Regulation Division (MRD) is responsible for undertaking evaluations of

decisions whether to approve or reject market authorisation of medicines that are

imported, exported, manufactured and supplied in Australia. MRD also has responsibility for

ongoing monitoring of medicines approved for supply in Australia to ensure they continue

to maintain an appropriate level of quality, safety and efficacy following entry into the

Australian marketplace.

**Branch Responsibilities**

The International Regulatory Branch is responsible for TGA's international activities in

relation to medicines regulation and access in Australia to unapproved goods.

**Section Responsibilities**

The International Engagement section has two core responsibilities: and coordination of

TGA’s international engagement activities and managing the international travel

arrangements for HPRG.***

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all travel related functions, including international travel costings, financial

acquittals, and reporting; and oversight of the Passport Register and Visa Tracker***
- Manage administrative tasks within the Section, including managing systems and

programs associated with international travel e.g., SAP Concur and the CTM portal.***
- Managing HPRG International dedicated inbox and provide accurate and timely

responses to enquiries***
- Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to

achieve outcomes and facilitate cooperation***
- Appropriately escalating and assisting with resolving issues by liaising with internal

and external stakeholders.***
- Support planning, managing and hosting of international meetings, visitors and

official delegations.***
- Support the international travel forecast processes***
- Providing support, training and mentorship to other staff as required.***
- Providing support to the IES, IRB and broader organisation as required***
- Undertake special projects and supporting business improvements as required or

directed by the supervisor and Section Director.***
