Duty Manager

City Venue Management is a facility management company managing Aquatic Centres & Health Clubs stretching from the Sunshine Coast through to the Gold Coast, we currently operate 29 sites across Queensland and continue to grow and develop with each passing day.

We are currently recruiting for **Senior Duty Managers** at our MiamiAquatic Centre.

Fostering a vibrant, can-do corporate culture, consistent with CVM’s _Purpose and Truths _and _Leadership Fundamentals_. You will need the ability to self-manage and execute in a fast paced environment.

**Duty Manager Duties**:

- Lead, manage and inspire team on shift with a positive, can-do attitude
- First point of contact for staff on shift
- Open and clear communication between you and the team
- Ensure the safety, health and well-being of all patrons within our facilities
- Administration and financial adhoc tasks
- Ability to work proactively, multitask and work well under pressure
