**About QIMR Berghofer**:
QIMR Berghofer is a world-leading translational medical research institute focused on improving health by developing new diagnostics, better treatments and prevention strategies, specifically in the areas of Cancer, Infection and Inflammation, Mental Health and Neuroscience, and Population Health. Based in Herston, Brisbane and working in close collaboration with clinicians and other research institutes, QIMR Berghofer is home to more than 600 scientists, students and non-research staff.

**Mental Health and Neuroscience Program**

The Mental Health and Neuroscience Program includes 8 research groups working in a diverse range of areas from Psychology, Psychiatry and Neuroscience working across a range of approaches including epidemiology, genetics and genomics and clinical research. We are seeking research leaders conducting high-quality mental health and neuroscience research to expand the Program.

Successful applicants will be expected to lead their own research projects as well as contributing to the Program through collaboration and committee involvement.
