Maxima, in partnership with our Host Employer, are looking for a committed individual to undertake an entry-level traineeship as an IT Helpdesk Trainee.

Our Host Employer is a city-fringe council who are looking to expand their supportive team. Day-to-day you will gain practical work experience through providing efficient and effective helpdesk support to staff.

Across 24-months you will also receive paid, allocated study time towards achieving a nationally recognised
**Certificate IV in Information Technology.**

**Duties Include**:

- Log incidents, changes, and service requests in the IT service desk system
- Install and maintain IT hardware and software
- Add assets and procedures into various IT management systems
- Provide assistance and support to council projects, as required
- Work with a mixture of Microsoft, Google, Android, and Apple technologies

**About You**:

- Enthusiasm for all things IT related
- Passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Displays initiative and a hardworking attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks and juggle various deadlines

**Role Requirements**:
