Our client is a long standing Australian company and industry leader in the building consultancy/asset management field. They provide assessment, data management and reporting services for Government and private entities. Our client specialises in multi-site and large portfolio asset assessment and facility management.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Due to recently awarded contracts, our client has a variety of contract roles available in both Melbourne Metro and regional Victoria.
This would be a great next step for auditors looking for long term and consistent engagement with opportunities for further development.
This role may also be suited to someone with a background in trades and construction wanting to get off the tools. Training provided for assessment methodology and data capture software.

**IDEAL CANDIDATES**
- Be able to work independently and autonomously.
- Will work between multiple sites
- Be able to travel between Metro and Regional Victoria.
- Have own vehicle and Licences
- An understanding or background working with electrical/Mechanical or HVAC systems.

**Key responsibilities and duties will include**:

- Conducting thorough assessments of commercial buildings.
- Identify and report on asset defects.
- Identify building materials and various building elements.
- Working collaboratively to ensure accuracy and quality of work is maintained at all times

**To be successful, you will have the following**:

- Attention to detail and proven ability to write high quality and considered reports
- Professional attitude and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to keep to project timetable.
- Own vehicle and current drivers License.

The successful Building Auditors will have the opportunity for further skills training, to be a part of a proven team and be exposed to various sites across Victoria.
