- 255743We are looking to hire an experienced** LMS Administrator,** essentially this role is the interface between internal end users and the external system vendor. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Create, modify, delete courses
- Manage licences to the system
- Work with course content owners to optimise learning delivery and outcomes to staff
- Gather user requirements for system enhancements and convey that to vendor
- Manage vendor delivery of requested enhancements
- Test enhancements
- Communicate to users new features coming from new releases and how we might utilise to solve a business need
- Utilise the system's reporting capability to produce reports - eg completions, enrolments etc
- Look for automation opportunities
- Manage system permissions
- Work with business to drive course content governance

**About you**:

- Minimum of 5 years commercial experience as a LMS Administrator
- Experience and deep knowledge of Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCROM)
- Experience with vendor management, ideally Seertech
- Experience in system administration support, including technical, maintenance and development
- Experience in enhancing functionality, dashboards, user experience, reporting and automation
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, leveraging system functionality for greater efficiency, effectiveness, and a superior user experience
- Development of automation within training and induction functions
- Support successful implementation of solutions e.g., training, presentations, communications, etc.
- Ensure ongoing management and governance practises are put in place for each initiative
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
