Based in Stirling, you will joining a unique finance broking firm with a reputation spanning 17 years. Your clients will be diverse and are sourced from 3 of our established businesses, including one national Medical Practitioner organisation with over 4,500 members. This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join the business and add value to a team about to embark on the next exciting stage in the company’s journey.

**About You**:
You will describe yourself as a qualified, dynamic mortgage broker seeking a change for the good. We offer a flexible working environment (including work-from-home options) and possess large, existing databases you can sink your teeth into. You will be energetic, driven, resourceful and have a genuine desire to establish a solid career path within a vibrant, close-knit Finance Broking Team.

**The Opportunity**:
**Your main duties will include**:

- Compilation of loan files, ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Assist marketing to their database (8,000+)
- Correspondence, both verbal and written, with brokers, clients, and financiers

**To be considered for this great role, you will have**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in mortgage broking, though current financial qualifications will also be considered
- A minimum 3 years' experience in an office environment
- A sense of humour, a love of coffee and a real sense of “team-play”
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A professional presentation
- Strong and confident communication skills (written and verbal) with a pleasant phone manner
- Excellent literacy and numerical skills
- A strong customer focus and the ability to produce positive outcomes
- High motivation with the ability to work autonomously
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
