An exciting full-time permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide dedicate support to the CEO, in addition to assisting our key executives and performing functions of a Board Coordinator.

This position is located at our support office in Erskineville.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:

- Be a key support for the CEO in overseeing the strategic direction of the organisation, as well as managing internal & external key stakeholders
- Assist with key projects and pieces of work that contribute to strategic outcomes
- Oversee the running of CEO’s diary to ensure the most optimal time management and scheduling
- Schedule appointments, book and set up meeting rooms, organise catering when required
- Organise the paperwork, information or any resources required for meetings
- Preparation and formatting of written documentation such as reports and presentations
- Collating and reconciling CEO’s monthly corporate credit card account
- Assist with preparation of Board reports
- Be an ambassador and champion for Gowrie NSW

About You

We are on the lookout for an energetic, organised multi-tasker with a proactive can-do attitude. Key is a commitment to support the CEO and executives through strong customer service whilst embodying Gowrie NSW values.

You will also bring with you:

- Experience working in a similar role (Board experience highly regarded)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise heavy workloads, meet deadlines and work autonomously
- Advanced technology skills with the ability to adapt to new tools
- Confidentiality and high degree of professionalism
